My fiance and I have been living at Pikewood manor for about a month now! I have nothing but positive things to say! My home is beautiful and modern with lots of windows and natural light, the staff was so patient, kind, and helpful during the application and move-in process, and the staff have been very quick to help when something has arisen! It's a quiet area and the neighbors are all friendly!
I've lived in Pinewood for 9 years now and absolutely love it here!! š It's quiet and peaceful even with the Turnpike and Rte 90 so close. Not going anywhere soon!! šÆ ā¦
Driving through Pikewood Manor on my way to visit a friend, I seriously thought that this is a place I would enjoy living. It was very well kept up. The landscaping was nice and neat, the homes all looked well maintained and the yards were neat and tidy. I canāt recall really seeing anything out of place, starting with the centralized mailboxes at the front of the park, to the pool area, large playground and recreation hall. There is also a nice sized pond with four fountains I think that keep the water moving. A few homes around the pond had mini-docks with a row-boat. The only reason I didnāt give five stars is that I tried fishing at the pond and only lasting a few minuteās because the mosquitoes were ferocious!!! Other than that, this place was pristine!
Nice, safe, quiet family friendly community with pool, picnic pavilions, playground, dog park and plenty of community activities for residents. Iāve been here just under 2 years and Iām very happy. I would highly recommend this community to anybody looking for impressive management, quality maintenance team and lovely place to call home for an affordable price.
Well first off Iāve lived here for about 20 years, So letās just say Iāve seen many come and Go. and I can mostly say it was good-ish until the last few years. Roads are awful. Cracked foundation. Hostile geese that attack your children/small pets. There is goose feces everywhere. The workers are inept. If they spent as much time and energy on the park as they do bullying tenants maybe this place would get a 4 star. Could be Cleaning the park, fixing the roads. Instead they waste time/money on dog parks,Pavillians covered in feces. Itās laughable.
I love it here! Its so quiet very family oriented. My family loves coming to visit, they love the playground and picnic areas and the pool. Living in one of these mobile homes that are brand new practically is way more worth the money than living in a small apartment. And its pet friendly. I recommend it to all, If you want a small community within the city. Its wonderful.
I am extremely happy with everything. Their preston is very knowledgeable and we are excited to be having a home there and living there with all the wonderful amenities. Everyone there is extremely friendly and very very nice.. I would recommend it to Everyone.
Rented here for a year , awful experience. Couldnāt wait to get out of there . Moving in the house carpet/flooring was SOILED in pet stains that management denied denied I even went as far as to replace flooring MYSELF because they wouldnāt help me . 0/10 would not recommend renting here. Now here they are charging OUTRAGEOUS prices for ā repairsā shame on them.
